Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a creative, organized, dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead our digital and community‑based marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and support returning clients throughout the tax season. You will manage social media, create branded content, run targeted campaigns, and support communication efforts that keep our clients engaged and informed. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing techniques. Manage content creation and content management systems (CMS), including WordPress, to ensure engaging and optimized website content. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance organic search rankings and visibility. Oversee social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, creating engaging posts and managing advertising campaigns like Facebook Advertising and Google Ads. Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and analytics-driven strategies using Google Analytics and other analytics tools. Coordinate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles. Monitor digital advertising performance via SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google AdWords, and marketing automation tools to maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and e-commerce strategies to expand market reach. Maintain detailed reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and keyword rankings to inform future marketing efforts. Skills Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and content management system integration. Expertise in social media management tools and platforms including Facebook Advertising campaigns. Skilled in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and utilizing Adobe Photoshop along with Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets. Experience with email marketing platforms and content management systems such as WordPress. Ability to perform keyword research for SEO purposes and conversion optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts including performance marketing, analytics interpretation, e-commerce strategies, and B2B marketing approaches.
