Summary Description :
Provides essential administrative and operational support to the firm's Marketing and Business Development team by coordinating processes, timeline and documentation related to marketing initiatives, attorney profiles, rankings and departmental operations. This role helps ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness across high-volume, deadline-driven work.
Essential Functions:

Marketing Operations and Administration Provide administrative support for the Marketing and Business Development team, including invoice processing, expense tracking and vendor coordination. Maintain organized records, workflow and departmental documentation. Support onboarding-related marketing tasks for new attorneys and staff, including bio reviews and headshot coordination. Event Coordination and Support Partner with business development and other internal teams to support event needs and ensure alignment Support event communications, including invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups Manage event registration processes, track attendance, and maintain accurate attendee lists Provide on-site and virtual event support Assist with post-event follow-up, including reporting, feedback collection, and reconciliation Content Review Support Manage the review and update process for attorney bios and practice area content, including distributing materials, tracking feedback and maintaining version control. Rankings, Submissions and Surveys Maintain a centralized calendar for rankings, submissions and surveys to ensure deadlines are met. In collaboration with BD, assist with legal directory and award submissions by gathering information, formatting materials and coordinating internal outreach. Support the collection of matter highlights, reference information and other submission materials from attorneys and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a related field Required Licenses and/or

0-2 years of experience in a similar role; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Internships or administrative experience in a professional services environment preferred
Work Model:
This role follows a hybrid work arrangement and requires a regular onsite presence of at least four (4) days per week in the Firm's St. Louis office.
