We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to help us elevate and organize our content, social media, branding, and online presence. Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our overall marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands: visual storytelling social media marketing local SEO content systems premium home service brands The ideal candidate can think strategically while also helping execute day-to-day marketing tasks. This is not a corporate marketing role. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and help turn real project content into consistent online visibility and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media Coordinate and manage social media content across: Instagram Facebook YouTube Google Business Profile Yelp Plan and maintain a content calendar Organize and manage project photo/video library Coordinate editing and publishing of project content Help create Reels, Shorts, before/after posts, and project showcases Brand & Marketing Coordination Help maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity Coordinate with photographers, videographers, freelancers, and contractors Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing Help develop new marketing ideas and initiatives Website & SEO Support Coordinate portfolio and project uploads Help create project spotlight content and blogs Improve local SEO through geo-targeted content Assist with image optimization, captions, and content structure Analytics & Growth Track social media and website performance Identify opportunities for growth and improvement Help improve online visibility and customer engagement Assist with reputation management and review strategy QualificationsPreferred Experience Marketing, social media, or content management experience Experience with contractor, home service, real estate, architecture, or luxury brands strongly preferred Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile Experience managing multiple marketing channels Skills We're Looking For Highly organized Creative eye for visual content Strong communication skills Self-motivated and proactive Comfortable working independently Able to balance strategy and execution Fast-moving and adaptable Software / Platform Experience Preferred experience with: Canva CapCut Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Lightroom Meta Business Suite WordPress Google Drive Scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.) Compensation Flexible part-time role Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for long-term growth Potential to grow into a larger leadership role To Apply Please submit: Resume Portfolio or social media examples Examples of content or marketing work Any experience with home service or visual brands
