Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid
BRAND MARKETING / GRAPHIC DESIGNER
(Hybrid) Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Full-Time | $65-$80K DOE Los Angeles based women's contemporary fashion brand, Bishop + Young is seeking a Marketing Coordinator/ Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with an elevated design aesthetic and a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling. This role will focus on wholesale and e-commerce marketing collateral, playing a vital part in how the brand is presented to key partners and e-commerce customers. You'll collaborate closely with sales and creative teams to develop Lookbooks, line sheets, website banners, and Meta ads / social media messaging that bring the brand to life across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Design seasonal Lookbooks, line sheets, and wholesale tools that support product storytelling and business strategy. Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all creative assets. Add images to Shopify for seasonal drops. Manage seasonal photo shoots specifically model selection, location selection, and cordination of talent. Source, curate, and retouch imagery to support seasonal launches and campaigns. Stay attuned to fashion, art, and cultural trends to infuse fresh, relevant ideas into design work. Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production vendors when needed.
Brand Stewardship:
Elevate brand identity and consumer engagement through impactful storytelling, insights-driven marketing, and cohesive omni-channel experiences.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail space. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Shopify. Strong skills in image selection, color correction, and retouching. A collaborative and agile mindset — comfortable balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities. Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in wholesale and DTC models is a plus. Strong digital acumen.
