This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and support the overall marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on generalist supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and proactive - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly shift between project management, event coordination, and other marketing tasks that support the team. Key Responsibilities Assist with writing copy for email marketing campaigns. Support event planning and execution, including tournaments, trade shows, and grassroots activations. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies. Manage and respond to donation requests and community outreach opportunities. Assist with ideation and content creation across platforms - short-form copy, blog posts, emails, etc. Assist with product launches and GTM executions. Help manage partnerships and sponsorships to ensure flawless execution. Oversee our brand ambassador program. Coordinate projects across teams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred, internships considered. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Self-starter who takes initiative and can manage multiple projects at once. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Knowledge or passion for tennis, pickleball, and/or padel is a plus.
