Virtual/Remote Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our government go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing projects, supporting sales activities, and managing events. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include owning the planning, logistics, and execution of tradeshows and field events. This role will assist in creating and deploying assets for digital campaigns across email, search, social media, and content syndication. The coordinator will also develop, edit, and manage sales collateral, presentations, and newsletters while maintaining collateral libraries. Success in this position requires close communication and alignment with government sales teams and cross-functional partners to achieve sales goals, as well as managing relationships with external vendors to ensure the timely execution of marketing programs. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a marketing communications role Proven experience in event/trade show management, digital campaigns, and agency coordination Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite Marketing experience with government markets is preferred
