Through our partnership with Feeding America, every product sold helps provide a meal to someone in need. Our products are trusted by hundreds of hospitals nationwide and sold through leading retailers, resorts, spas, and wellness destinations including Whole Foods, Erewhon, Four Seasons, Miraval, Canyon Ranch, Marriott, Hilton, JetBlue, and more. The Opportunity We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy marketer to become our in-house marketing and design lead. This role is ideal for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and wants meaningful ownership over a growing brand. You'll work directly with our founder to execute marketing initiatives across email, social media, Amazon, website content, packaging, and creative design. You'll be replacing several outside contractors and agencies, making this a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a real impact. What You'll Own Email Marketing (Klaviyo) Design and build 6-8 email campaigns per month Create graphics, layouts, copy, and segmentation strategies Manage campaign scheduling and reporting Support customer lifecycle flows and automations Social Media Create and schedule content across Instagram and Facebook Design graphics, Stories, Reels, and promotional content Coordinate content calendars and campaign launches Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement Graphic Design & Creative Design marketing assets for digital and print Create website graphics, banners, postcards, sell sheets, and event materials Support packaging updates and product launch materials Maintain brand consistency across all channels Amazon & Marketplace Support Update Amazon listings and A+ content Create listing graphics and optimize visual content Assist with marketplace promotions and product launches Website Management Make routine Shopify website updates Create landing pages and promotional content Upload blogs, images, and product information Support merchandising and conversion optimization Content & Brand Support Coordinate photography and creative assets Assist with influencer and affiliate outreach Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Help bring new ideas to life across retail, spa, hospitality, and healthcare channels You'd Be a Great Fit If You Have Required Skills Canva expertise Klaviyo experience Figma Experience Shopify experience Strong graphic design skills Excellent written communication Exceptional organization and attention to detail Preferred Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) Amazon Seller Central experience Photography or content creation experience Experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands What We Offer Flexible schedule that accommodates school drop-off, pick-up, and family priorities Small, supportive team environment Significant creative ownership and autonomy Opportunity to work directly with the founder and help shape the future of a growing brand Meaningful work supporting wellness, sustainability, and community impact Compensation $18-$22 per hour depending on experience Approx. 32 hours per week How to Apply Please submit your resume, portfolio (if available), and a brief note sharing why you'd be excited to join Conscious Coconut.
