Your impact Jacobs is seeking a Marketing & Guest Experience Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives, guest experience programs, and strategic projects that advance the capital program. This role plays a key part in shaping a positive, people-first airport experience by connecting marketing, on-site activations, and passenger insights to both current operations and the future vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Capital Program Support Support execution of capital program initiatives, including major milestones such as groundbreakings, outreach events, and other strategic events Assist in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns that reinforce airport modernization, connectivity, and growth story Coordinate timelines, assets, and internal alignment across departments to support key initiatives Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with capital program positioning across marketing and on-site touchpoints Guest Experience (GX) Help ensure a consistent, welcoming, and people-first experience across passenger touchpoints during construction Consumer Insights & Performance Assist in gathering and analyzing passenger insights through surveys, intercepts, and digital feedback tools Support the development of baseline metrics and benchmarking to inform the future state of the airport Help track current performance across key guest experience and marketing indicators, establishing benchmarks to measure progress over time Translate data and feedback into actionable recommendations to enhance both current operations and long-term planning Identify trends in passenger behavior, expectations, and sentiment to support continuous improvement Coordination & Execution Serve as a key point of coordination across Marketing, Communications, Guest Experience, Operations, and external partners in the capital program Support planning and execution of events, activations, and internal initiatives, including vendor coordination and on-site logistics for the capital program Maintain organized project plans, calendars, and deliverables to ensure timely execution Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or a related field Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Interest in data, insights, and improving customer experience Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in marketing, customer experience, hospitality, or a related role Familiarity with survey tools or basic data analysis Interest in aviation, travel, or large-scale public venuesPosted Salary Range:

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $48,000.00 to $65,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
