Job Description

Marketing Project Manager Reports to: Director of Marketing We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives across all channels. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from concept through launch. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings structure, clarity, and accountability to every project. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Project Management Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time Build and maintain project timelines in Asana and keep Director of Marketing aligned on priorities and deadlines Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, and external partners to move projects forward efficiently Ensure all campaign elements are launched accurately across email, web, in-spa, and digital channels Proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays and adjust timelines as needed Email & Digital Execution Build and deploy marketing emails, including member communications and promotional campaigns Manage audience segmentation and ensure accurate targeting Support campaign-related and member promo website changes Perform QA on emails and web content prior to launch Events, PR & Partnerships Plan and execute events including in spa activations, pop-ups, and special campaigns Manage logistics for photoshoots, media visits, and influencer partnerships Social Media & Content Support Support the planning and execution of social media content across platforms Manage posting schedules in alignment with the marketing calendar Capture and coordinate content during events, photoshoots, and in-spa activations Partner with designers and external collaborators to ensure assets are delivered on time Print & Production Management Coordinate the production of print collateral including posters, flyers, and in-spa signage Manage vendor relationships and oversee ordering, production, and delivery timelines Maintain production schedules for seasonal campaigns and holiday promotions Marketing Operations Maintain organization of marketing assets, files, and shared systems Track project progress and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards Support light performance tracking to confirm campaigns are launched and functioning as intended Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase team efficiency Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience with email marketing platforms and CMS tools Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment This is a hybrid schedule.
