This role ensures that projects move efficiently from concept through execution by aligning internal teams and external partners. This entry level position will be supporting the Creative Director by bringing structure, visibility, and consistency to how work is planned, tracked, and delivered. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Timeline Management Develop and coordinate project timelines for seasonal campaigns, product launches, photoshoots, and marketing initiatives Define milestones and ensure deadlines are clearly communicated Coordinate between vendors and internal teams to ensure all contracts are executed ahead of production needs Align timelines and deliverables across Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Social Media teams Ensure all stakeholders are informed and accountable Act as central point of coordination between teams Track deliverables, timelines and approvals with external resources Work with international teams to outline a clear roadmap of upcoming needs, including deliverables, formats, and due dates Licensing & Retailer Coordination Communicate with licensed partners to track asset submissions, approvals, and feedback Relay licensing updates, approvals, and changes back to the internal team Coordinate with retailers on marketing opportunities, timelines, and asset deliverables Marketing Budget Coordination Support tracking and alignment of marketing and production budgets across projects Assist in monitoring spend related to campaigns, productions, and external partners Workflow & Process Development Help establish and refine project workflows and processes across the creative function Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to team organization Meeting & Process Management Schedule and coordinate all project-related meetings Lead timeline check-ins and status meetings Document key decisions, action items, and next steps Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 1-2 years of experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to adhere to work schedule with punctuality: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hybrid role; will be expected to work 2 days out of 5 in our Plantation office. Preferred Skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and accountability Proactive mindset in identifying and solving workflow challenges Ability to balance multiple priorities across teams Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello or similar platforms. Microsoft Teams integration.
