We are looking for a motivated, personable, and professional Marketing Representative to help us grow our Direct Primary Care membership and build strong relationships with employers, small businesses, community organizations, and referral partners. Position Overview The Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting our Direct Primary Care services in the community, educating potential members and employers, and helping generate new patient and business leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, attending community events, and explaining the value of a healthcare model that truly helps people. This is not just a sales role — it is a relationship-building position. The right person will be passionate about healthcare, comfortable speaking with business owners and community leaders, and excited to help people understand a better way to access primary care. Key Responsibilities Promote Doctor At Your Service's Direct Primary Care program to individuals, families, employers, and local organizations. Build relationships with small businesses, HR managers, benefits consultants, churches, community groups, and local professionals. Schedule and attend in-person meetings with employers and potential referral partners. Educate prospects on the benefits of Direct Primary Care, including improved access, lower costs, longer visits, and stronger provider relationships. Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, chamber events, and community functions. Follow up with leads by phone, email, and in person. Track marketing activity, contacts, follow-ups, and results using company systems. Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials. Work closely with leadership to develop local outreach strategies. Maintain a professional and positive image of the company at all times. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. You should be able to explain healthcare services in a clear, friendly, and professional way. Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, healthcare outreach, community relations, or physician liaison work preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable meeting with business owners, managers, and community leaders. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, or similar tools. Reliable transportation required. Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Preferred Experience Direct Primary Care, primary care, home health, hospice, medical sales, employer benefits, insurance, or healthcare marketing experience. Experience working with small businesses or employer groups. Existing relationships in the San Antonio business or healthcare community.
