Job Description
This position reports directly to Angie Ripley, owner of Engel & Völkers Kansas City and a 25+ year real estate professional who has been involved in nearly 2,000 home sales throughout the Kansas City area. Known for her expertise in new construction, community development, and relationship-driven real estate, Engel & Völkers Kansas City is actively involved in helping shape some of the region's most exciting residential communities. At Engel & Völkers Kansas City, we believe real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help us continue growing something special. WHAT YOU'LL HELP BUILD
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and growth. You'll play an important role in helping market premier residential communities, support recruiting efforts, elevate our brand presence, and create the systems and structure that allow our business to scale. One day you may be coordinating a community launch, updating a website, and scheduling social content. Another day you may be organizing a recruiting event, managing project timelines, or helping bring a new business initiative to life. No two days are the same—and that's exactly how we like it.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Community Marketing Coordinate marketing efforts for residential communities and developments Manage marketing calendars and project timelines Schedule and manage social media content Coordinate website updates and online content Create flyers, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns Coordinate photographers, vendors, and marketing partners Assist with community events and promotional initiatives Operations & Project Management Manage projects and workflows through Monday.com and related systems Coordinate meetings, vendors, and business initiatives Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables Help implement systems that improve efficiency and accountability Ensure projects move from concept to completion Recruiting Support Assist with recruiting campaigns and advisor growth initiatives Manage recruiting databases and follow-up systems Coordinate recruiting events and appointments Track recruiting opportunities and pipeline activity

Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
