Job Description:
VinePair is the country's largest drinks media company. VinePair is seeking a motivated and creative intern to join our team for a 3 month term during Fall 2026 (tentatively August-November with some room for flexibility). This role will work across our partnerships & editorial teams, gaining experience in sales, marketing, activation, events, editorial, and the media landscape as a whole. This role will be required 3 full days a week in our offices in Manhattan, with 1 day remote (4 days per week). Additional hours outside of office hours for event assistance may be required. We will provide a monthly stipend for this role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on and develop presentations and proposals Support VinePair tastings department; open boxes and organize inventory of wine and spirits; set up monthly spirits tastings Participate in creative brainstorms Assist with campaign strategy and rollout Source materials for video/photo shoots and events Develop content timelines Assist with building out projects in project management platform Research and contact venues Gain experience in event planning Assist with building out talent/influencer lists Assist with event set-up and execution Assist with client shoots when needed
Qualifications:
Strong Writing Skills PowerPoint and Excel experience a must Asana knowledge a plus, but not required Strong understanding of current digital marketplace trends Must be able highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Self starter and team player Interest in the drinks industry Must be 21+
