This commission-based role focuses on acquiring new homeowner association (HOA), condominium association, and residential property management contracts. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a passion for real estate and community management services. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and pursue new HOA, condo association, and residential property management opportunities Develop relationships with board members, property owners, real estate agents, and industry professionals Attend community meetings, industry events, and networking functions Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and digital marketing Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presenting proposals, and engaging with diverse clients. Demonstrated success in cold calling, inside sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Present Coachmen Property Management's comprehensive services to prospective clients Conduct property assessments and develop customized management proposals Build rapport with HOA boards, condo associations, and individual property owners Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify expansion opportunities Market Research & Analysis Research local property management market trends and competitor activities Identify underserved communities and emerging development opportunities Analyze potential client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly Monitor contract renewal dates of competitors' clients Sales Process Management Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through contract execution Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals Coordinate property tours and board presentations Maintain accurate records in CRM system of all prospect interactions and contract status Target Markets Homeowner Associations (HOAs) Condominium Associations Apartment Complexes Single-family rental properties Multi-family residential properties Mixed-use developments Required Qualifications 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or related services Strong understanding of HOA/condo association operations and governance Excellent presentation and communication skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience selling to HOA boards or property management services Knowledge of HOA/condo association laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications Real estate license or property management certification Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred Established network within local real estate community Community Association Manager (CAM) license or willingness to obtain
