This person will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating marketing efforts, and creating engaging social media content. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Client Care & Database Management Set up new clients in CRM systems Create and manage MLS auto searches for buyers Maintain accurate client records and notes Schedule follow-up calls and client touchpoints Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding processes Send review requests after closings Prepare and send anniversary cards, home purchase anniversaries, birthday cards, and client gifts Assist with client events and appreciation programs Monitor and respond to general client inquiries Listing & Marketing Support Coordinate listing preparation timelines Schedule photographers, videographers, stagers, inspectors, and contractors Collect property details and seller questionnaires Assist with MLS data entry and listing preparation Create marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and social media graphics Maintain listing marketing schedules Social Media & Content Creation Create daily social media posts and reels for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar software Write captions, hashtags, and marketing copy Develop content calendars and posting schedules Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as directed Stay current on social media trends and real estate marketing strategies Administrative Support Manage calendars and scheduling Organize digital files and documents Assist with office projects and special assignments Maintain checklists and systems to ensure no client falls through the cracks Help improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media platforms and content creation Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Real estate experience preferred but not required Experience with CRM systems preferred Ability to work independently and problem-solve Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Preferred Traits Detail-oriented Self-starter Creative and marketing-minded Tech-savvy Reliable and dependable Comfortable working with deadlines Position Type Part-Time or Full-Time Flexible schedule available Hybrid or remote options may be considered Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience Performance bonuses available Growth opportunities within the business
