This is a dynamic role that blends operations, client service, listing management, and marketing. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of projects without needing constant direction. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing both administrative responsibilities and creative marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Support three active real estate agents with daily operations including, but not limited to the following: Manage listings from pre-listing through launch Coordinate photography, staging, vendors, and property information Create and manage social media content, email campaigns, and marketing materials Maintain CRM systems and databases Communicate with clients, vendors, title companies, inspectors, and contractors Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Assist with contract preparation and transaction oversight Research properties, market data, and project-related information Help improve systems, workflows, and team organization Assist with occasional field-based responsibilities as needed, including property visits, title company drop-offs/pickups, meeting clients or vendors, and handling other local errands. Qualifications 2+ years administrative, marketing, project management, or customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable learning new technology and software Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Social media and marketing experience preferred Real estate experience preferred but not required Colorado real estate license or willingness to obtain one is a plus Compensation Salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Professional development and training opportunities Location This is primarily an in-office position based in Boulder, Colorado.
