We believe that long-term success comes from trust, professionalism, and meaningful partnerships. We're looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven individual to help us strengthen existing referral partnerships, develop new ones, and increase our involvement in the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, organizing events, and identifying creative opportunities for collaboration. This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face relationship-building role where you will walk into local businesses, introduce our company, build trust, and create strong partnerships that drive mutual growth. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with referral partners Visit local businesses and strengthen professional connections Help coordinate and participate in community events Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations Help secure opportunities to present our company to local businesses and organizations Assist with networking events and community outreach Capture photos and videos from events and assist with basic social media content Represent our company professionally in the community What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and professional Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations Organized and dependable Creative thinker who can identify opportunities for collaboration Self-motivated and able to work independently Basic understanding of social media platforms Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience Helpful But Not Required Experience in any of the following is a plus: Relationship marketing Event coordination Community outreach Networking Customer service Sales Social media Hospitality We are willing to train the right person.
