Job Description
Greenline is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative needs of our Sales and Marketing teams. This role is focused on order entry, menu updates, reporting, data organization, platform maintenance, and internal team coordination. Key Responsibilities Enter sales orders into online platforms accurately and on time. Maintain and update digital product menus across Weedmaps, Jane, Dutchie, and other platforms. Update B2B Sales Menu using inventory reports, pricing updates, product availability, batch details, and promotional information. Review digital menus for retail partners regularly for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Communicate partner menu issues, and findings to Sales and Marketing. Manage and update product, account, and order information in internal systems. Pull, export and organize reports by category, product type, retail account, or other requested filters for both Marketing and Sales departments. Assist with product marketplace listings, inventory visibility, order tracking, and fulfillment updates. Support administrative coordination for new product launches, promotional menus, promotional sales, and trade shows. Maintain organized Google Drive and Dropbox folders for Sales and Marketing materials. Audit product listings, digital assets, and menus for accuracy and compliance. Support cross-functional communication between Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Occasional merchandise and swag production, sales and marketing office space organization and cleanliness. Required Skills & Experience 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Customer Service. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Experience with Google Workspace, Excel or spreadsheets, shared drives, and CRM or database systems. Ability to manage recurring tasks, data entry, reporting, and follow-up with accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Cannabis industry experience preferred. Experience with Nabis, Weedmaps, Jane, Dutchie, Odoo, or Metrc is a major plus. Must be 21+ and able to pass any state-mandated cannabis industry background checks. They are comfortable managing administrative workflows, updating menus, entering orders, pulling reports, organizing data, and keeping Sales and Marketing systems accurate and up to date for optimal workflow.
