Job Description

Social Media & Content Coordinator (Medical Aesthetics + Lifestyle Brands) RejuvNP is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to help grow our luxury wellness and aesthetics brand both online and in person. This position can be partially remote, but we are looking for someone who can also spend dedicated time in-office capturing content including staff interactions, treatments, behind-the-scenes moments, patient experiences, and office culture. This role will focus primarily on managing and growing our Facebook and Instagram presence through engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns. Experience with Canva and Meta Business Suite is highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of social media trends, branding, and audience engagement. Some experience with YouTube content creation and management is a plus. At RejuvNP, we already utilize AI systems and pre-built content calendars to streamline planning and strategy. We are looking for someone who can take those tools and bring the content to life through design, posting, editing, scheduling, and creative execution.
Responsibilities include:
Managing Facebook and Instagram content creation and posting Creating or updating templates graphics, reels, carousels, and stories using Canva Capturing in-office photos and videos of treatments, staff, and daily operations. Uploading pictures/videos/organizing media within Google Drive. Scheduling and managing posts through Meta Business Suite Assisting with monthly email marketing campaigns Helping maintain brand consistency across all platforms Assisting with content organization and digital asset management Supporting light YouTube content creation/editing when needed This role may also include helping manage social media and branding for our secondary business— a growing equestrian and farm lifestyle brand on the South Shore featuring horses, organic fed: cows, chickens, hay, vegetables. We offer for members of the equestrian: lessons, trail riding and western riding experiences. We are looking for someone who: Is creative, self-motivated, and dependable Understands lifestyle branding Has experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and Facebook. Can work independently while collaborating with our team Enjoys both aesthetics/wellness content and if desired can take-on secondary business of lifestyle/farm content Is comfortable filming and photographing real content in-office and if desired on location business at our farm. Part-time with potential for growth. Flexible schedule available for the right candidate.
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
