Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the AE Digital Brand Marketing team in executing brand strategy and seasonal campaigns across owned channels, inclusive of website, email, app, and SMS/PN. This is a creative project management role which functions as a key partner to the creative team as well as cross-functional business partners.
What You'll Do:
Key partner to cross-functional teams for creative requests specific to channel as assigned. Lead creative operations process for owned channels inclusive of: Work with manager to develop & maintain in-season creative briefs that detail promotional details & product priorities aligned to business objectives. Kick-off of all creative needs with design & copy teams. Manage in-season timelines. Responsible for first & final review of assets to ensure accuracy. Assist manager in documenting & communicating all business changes & feedback from cross-functional teams to creative working group. Routing final creative to cross-functional teams. Present weekly marketing plan to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Manage internal project requests in project management tool & integrate into creative workflow. Manage & share out weekly Art Review agenda. Partner with Business Strategies & Site Merchandising teams to confirm inventory of key product priorities. Capture seasonal snapshots & competitive analyses. Compile summary decks as requested. Other projects & responsibilities as required.
What You Bring:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a team-focused mentality, is extremely detail oriented and has a passion for digital marketing in the retail space. Specifically, we'd love for you to have: Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of retail or agency marketing experience. Knowledge of digital marketing best practices. Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues, and provide creative solutions. Proficient in Google. Proficient in Monday.com. Excellent attention to detail, management of deadlines, and superior communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams. Comfortable in formal presentation settings (one-on-one, small & large groups, with peers and leadership).

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
