This is an on-site position focused heavily on interpersonal communication, relationship building, event coordination, and community engagement. This is not a remote SEO, website, or ad-management position.
We are a fast-paced, corrective-care chiropractic office with an excellent reputation in the community. Our office focuses on helping patients improve their health naturally through chiropractic care, postural correction, spinal decompression, and SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about health and wellness, highly organized, creative, and comfortable interacting with businesses, patients, and the community. Position Overview The Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator will lead and organize marketing initiatives designed to increase community awareness, patient engagement, and practice growth. This role includes coordinating events, managing social media content, creating marketing materials, and building relationships with local businesses and organizations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote practice services and wellness programs Manage and grow social media platforms through content creation, scheduling, and engagement Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, newsletters, and promotional items Coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, workshops, and patient appreciation events Schedule and organize corporate Lunch & Learn presentations for the doctors Coordinate and execute posture screenings and spinal health screenings in the local community Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, schools, healthcare offices, and organizations Assist in maintaining and growing the office's online reputation through patient reviews and engagement Collaborate with the doctors and team to align marketing initiatives with practice goals Help organize monthly office themes, decorations, and in-office promotional activities Track marketing initiatives and help identify growth opportunities Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or community outreach preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable speaking with people in person and representing the office professionally Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Publisher, or similar design platforms preferred Social media experience preferred Passion for health, wellness, and helping people Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive and positive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Complimentary chiropractic care for employee and immediate family members Hands-on involvement in a growing wellness-focused practice Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community About Enos Chiropractic Center Enos Chiropractic Center has proudly served the Rhode Island community for years with a focus on corrective chiropractic care, patient education, and natural healthcare solutions.
