At OCCO, marketing is deeply connected to the guest experience and overall atmosphere of the brand. This role supports not only the visibility of OCCO, but also the feeling guests experience both online and within the spa. The Marketing Coordinator may assist with guest-facing and operational initiatives that help maintain OCCO's standards of luxury, presentation, hospitality, and consistency.Please Read Before Applying:

Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the growth, visibility, and overall brand presence of OCCO Luxury Spa + Salon through the execution of marketing, advertising, social media, and guest engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for helping maintain OCCO's elevated image across all digital and in-spa touchpoints while creating content and campaigns that reflect the luxury, calm, and intentional experience OCCO is known for. This position requires creativity, organization, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and an understanding of luxury branding and guest experience. The Marketing Coordinator should be highly adaptable, visually driven, proactive, and capable of balancing both creative execution and operational support. Core Responsibilities Marketing + Advertising (Approx. 70%) This role supports the growth and visibility of OCCO Luxury Spa + Salon by assisting in the execution of creative marketing, advertising, and brand-building initiatives that reflect our elevated guest experience.- Create, schedule, and manage social media and marketing content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, email marketing, and promotional channels.
- Capture and curate photo and video content of services, spa environment, retail products, team members, guest experiences, and special events
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions, retail features, service launches, events, and spa parties
- Monitor engagement, messages, comments, guest interactions, and online reputation management across digital platforms
- Coordinate with service providers to promote featured services, availability, specialties, retail recommendations, and brand initiatives
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase bookings, guest retention, memberships, retail sales, and overall brand visibility
- Maintain in-spa and digital marketing presentation including signage, menus, promotional materials, website updates, service descriptions, booking platform visuals, and branded graphics
- Maintain organized marketing systems including content calendars, campaign timelines, digital folders, and content archives
- Ensure all public-facing content reflects OCCO standards of professionalism, calm luxury, elevated service, and brand consistency Guest Experience + Brand Support (Approx.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Support front desk operations and guest experience initiatives during high-volume periods, special events, VIP visits, influencer collaborations, or promotional experiences
- Help maintain the visual presentation, atmosphere, and overall aesthetic of the spa to ensure consistency between online branding and the in-spa guest experience
- Assist with elevated hospitality moments, retail merchandising, visual product presentation, and branded guest touchpoints throughout the facility
- Support management in creating a polished, welcoming, and luxury-driven environment that reflects OCCO standards across all guest interactions and presentations Qualifications Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in marketing, social media management, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or luxury branding
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and content creation platforms
- Photography and video editing experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with OCCO standards
- Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or special events as needed How to
