Job Description

Job Overview Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving sales? We are seeking an energetic Business Development Center Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be a point of contact for prospective and existing guests, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to generate new business opportunities, nurture guest relationships, and support our sales pipeline.
Responsibilities/duties:
Engage with guests through outbound calls and/or emails, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business leads and opportunities Manage the sales pipeline by tracking prospects, updating CRM software, and ensuring timely follow-ups Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with guests
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities Ability to work independently while supporting team goals Experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the automobile or dealership industry is a plus Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales activities is a plus Multilingual abilities is a plus •Please note that this job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties or requirements for this position - you may be asked to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of our organization.
