Job Description

Overview We are seeking a self-driven Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales efforts, helping deliver outstanding results, and driving key marketing initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and like having a variety of responsibilities, this could be a great fit for you. Duties Create Quotes, Process Orders, Track Deliveries, and ensure every client walks away happy. Guide customers through our office supply and furniture collections, providing recommendations that will best suite their needs. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email marketing, and keep our showroom liking sharp and marketable. Requirements Customer Service or Sales Support experience a must. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising, and email marketing. Proficiency Windows, Outlook and Microsoft Products. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging messages tailored for diverse audiences. Experience supporting sales teams with advertising sales materials and product management tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
