This role will oversee marketing initiatives, assist with sales support, coordinate events, strengthen industry relationships, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable balancing creative marketing with administrative and client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain company branding across digital, print, signage, apparel, and marketing materials Manage website updates, social media scheduling, content coordination, and overall online presence Assist with graphic design, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and collaboration with external marketing partners Support sales and business development efforts through lead intake, follow-up communication, meeting scheduling, and pipeline management Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, realtors, and community partners Coordinate company events, appreciation initiatives, and community engagement opportunities Create and manage photo and video content to support marketing and brand awareness efforts Identify networking and partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, event coordination, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Professional relationship-building and networking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools Experience coordinating events and marketing initiatives Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools Experience in construction, real estate, home services, or related industries #hc242023
