About the Role
ATMOSPHERE
is assembling a dynamic Street Team to help spread the signal across Chattanooga and beyond. As a Street Team Member, you'll represent the brand at pop-ups, community events, nightlife activations, concerts, and city-wide experiences designed to spark curiosity and build real-world connection around
ATMOSPHERE.
You'll engage with guests, create energy, distribute promotional materials, and help introduce people to a concept unlike anything else in the city. This role is equal parts hospitality, culture, and creative marketing. We're looking for outgoing personalities who understand how to read a room, start conversations, and embody the energy of the brand in a natural, authentic way. This isn't just handing out flyers. It's helping build a movement around one of Chattanooga's most immersive experiential concepts. Key Responsibilities Engage the public with energy, authenticity, and deep knowledge of our brand. Share stories, spark conversations, and create memorable guest experiences. Assist with setup and breakdown of events and promotional activations. Distribute promotional materials and merchandise. Gather public feedback and share insights with the marketing team. Represent the brand professionally while having fun doing it. Requirements Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license or state ID. Comfortable engaging with the public in high-energy environments. Available on weekends and evenings as needed. Previous promotional, marketing, or customer service experience preferred. Passion for music, art, cannabis culture, or immersive experiences is a plus. Physical Demands & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying event materials. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in a variety of event settings. Must be able to use a mobile device or tablet for lead collection and check-ins. Equal Opportunity Statement
