We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Marketing & CRM Coordinator who can help us organize our customer pipeline, improve follow-up systems, manage marketing campaigns, and support growth across multiple sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing, customer relationship management systems, lead tracking, and how to turn inquiries into organized sales opportunities. Position Overview The Marketing & CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and improving our customer relationship management systems, setting up workflows, tracking leads, assisting with marketing campaigns, and helping create better communication between sales, operations, and customers. The ideal candidate must be very familiar with CRMs and confident setting up systems from scratch or improving existing ones. Responsibilities Manage, organize, and maintain the company CRM system. Set up CRM workflows, automations, customer pipelines, tags, lead stages, follow-up reminders, and reporting tools. Track incoming leads from phone calls, website inquiries, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other marketing channels. Create and improve systems for customer follow-up, quote tracking, lead nurturing, and post-sale communication. Assist with email marketing, text campaigns, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach. Help develop marketing strategies for flooring sales, installations, builder accounts, wholesale customers, and retail promotions. Create and schedule social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile. Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports on leads, conversions, and customer engagement. Help organize customer information, vendor information, product promotions, and sales opportunities. Work closely with ownership, sales staff, and operations to ensure leads are not missed and customer communication stays consistent. Assist with setting up or improving digital tools, forms, spreadsheets, landing pages, and marketing processes as needed.
