Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Creative Marketing & Event Coordination professional to lead innovative marketing initiatives and orchestrate memorable events that elevate our brand presence. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns, plan and execute engaging events, and ensure seamless guest experiences. Your creativity, organizational prowess, and passion for hospitality will drive the success of our promotional efforts and special functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact through strategic marketing and captivating event management. Duties Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that align with brand goals, including digital campaigns, social media outreach, and promotional materials Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events such as corporate gatherings, community outreach programs, fundraisers, and hospitality functions Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, décor, entertainment, and guest registration Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, caterers, and entertainment providers to secure the best terms and services Oversee budgeting for marketing campaigns and events to ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality standards Upsell additional services or products during events to maximize revenue opportunities Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive branding messages across all marketing channels and event platforms Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and vendor agreements Proven experience in marketing strategies tailored for diverse audiences and platforms Excellent event planning and management skills with a keen eye for detail Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors, clients, team members, and guests Experience in banquet operations, catering coordination, or hotel/hospitality environments is highly desirable Budgeting expertise to manage expenses efficiently without compromising quality Customer service-oriented mindset focused on delivering memorable guest experiences Time management skills to prioritize tasks in fast-paced settings Familiarity with fundraising activities or community engagement initiatives is a plus Join us in creating vibrant experiences that captivate audiences and promote our brand through innovative marketing efforts!
