Lenoir City, TN Position Summary:
HWY 11 AUTOMOTIVE
is seeking a friendly, professional, and bilingual Spanish Receptionist & Automotive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers while supporting dealership marketing efforts, social media engagement, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for customer service and automotive marketing.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in both Spanish and English Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments Provide translation assistance for customers and staff as needed Maintain customer records and assist with administrative tasks Create and manage social media content to promote inventory, specials, and dealership events Take photos and videos of vehicles for online marketing and advertising Assist with website updates and online vehicle listings Support marketing campaigns, community outreach, and customer engagement initiatives Monitor and respond to social media messages and online inquiries Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Basic computer and administrative skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Part-Time Compensation:
Pay based on experience.
Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
