This is an entry level position. You don't need previous experience, but a great attitude and basic skills, get the job. Base pay plus a bonus structure gives plenty of stability with great earning potential. Successful Automotive Sales Representative candidates will have ability to multi-task, work Monday through Saturday's, be available 7 AM till 7 PM, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers over the phone and internet. Automotive Sales Representative Duties As a Business Development Center Representative/Customer Service Rep, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required. Must have reliable transportation. Following and maintaining relationship with former customers Monitoring and contacting internet sales leads Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments Performing surveys with customers Other duties as required
