25-29 hours per week About the Role Concierge Clothing is redefining how the modern collegiate and young professional market shops for high-quality formalwear. We specialize in high-volume, group-fitting experiences, bringing premium stock suits, tuxedos, sport coats, and blazers directly to campus organizations, fraternities, and milestone events. We are seeking a sharp, organized, and style-conscious Lead Showroom Coordinator for the 2026-2027 academic year. As the operational anchor of our Austin location, you will be trusted to manage daily showroom floor operations independently, handle inventory, and deliver a seamless, high-end fitting experience. This is a premier opportunity structured directly around the UT Austin academic calendar—offering excellent predictability and your summers entirely off. Schedule & Timeline This position operates exclusively during active university semesters ( Late August through mid-May ). The showroom is completely closed during major student holidays, giving you full weeks off during Thanksgiving, Winter Break, and Spring Break.
Showroom Hours:
Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (25 hours/week guaranteed).
Evening Events:
Attendance at evening brand events is required as scheduled. Frequency varies based on the university calendar and campus demand (averaging 0 to 3 events per week; each event is typically 2 hours).
Total Commitment:
Anticipated 25 to 29 hours per week depending on the weekly event schedule. Hours are explicitly capped under 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities Showroom & Operations Management:
Independently open, operate, and maintain the Austin showroom daily from noon to 5 PM, ensuring an immaculate presentation and premium environment. Oversee the setup and breakdown of local fitting events.
Menswear Fitting & Styling:
Guide clients through our stock inventory (suits, tuxedos, blazers, and shirts). Assist with sizing, precise fit assessments, personalized styling, and driving high-volume storefront sales.
Campus Event Execution:
Represent the brand at scheduled evening events, engaging directly with student organizations, fraternities, and campus groups to drive community growth.
Logistics & Inventory Control:
Track, organize, and manage physical inventory counts. Coordinate incoming product shipments to ensure the right sizes and styles are perfectly prepped for peak sales blocks.
Ownership Communication:
Maintain direct, open communication with ownership to report daily sales tracking, event traffic, and local market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills The Menswear Eye:
A strong interest in or understanding of men's tailoring, fit, and formalwear aesthetics. 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, apparel operations, premium customer service, or high-level brand ambassador roles is highly preferred.
Operational Execution & Accountability:
High organizational skills and a strong sense of personal accountability; highly comfortable managing a commercial space and executing daily tasks independently.
Strong Communicator:
A natural, trustworthy presence with excellent conversational skills—confident engaging with customers one-on-one and managing group dynamics efficiently at campus events.
Local Culture:
Familiarity with the UT Austin campus culture and student organizational structures is highly advantageous.
