Early-career Marketing Events Coordinator opportunity supporting trade shows for a global tech brand with full benefits. Coordinate logistics for B2B marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and field programs Manage event documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and show orders Coordinate travel, shipping, and onsite materials, including booths, demos, and collateral Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Track requests for event assets and deliverables, following up with internal teams and vendors Upload and manage post-event leads within marketing automation systems Support multiple stakeholders by prioritizing and executing concurrent requests Would you like your candidacy for this role to have a priority review? Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and workflow tools Familiarity with marketing automation or lead management platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua) is a plus
