PART-TIME MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
New Creations Custom Kitchen & Bath has been serving Austin homeowners since 2006. We specialize in high-end kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodeling and have earned more than 170 five-star reviews by focusing on exceptional client experiences, thoughtful design, and quality craftsmanship. We are looking for a part-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our brand, create engaging content, and generate qualified remodeling leads. This is not a position for someone who simply wants to make social media posts. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn attention into conversations, conversations into consultations, and consultations into clients. Responsibilities Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts Create, schedule, and publish content Edit reels, short-form videos, and project highlights Respond to comments and direct messages Create lead magnets, guides, checklists, and downloadable resources Build and manage email marketing campaigns Set up simple marketing automations and follow-up systems Help grow and manage our homeowner email list Track marketing performance and lead generation metrics Work directly with the owner to capture project stories, remodeling tips, and educational content Repurpose project photography and videos into multiple content formats Success in This Role Looks Like Consistent social media presence Increased homeowner engagement Growth of our email list Qualified remodeling inquiries More consultation requests Stronger brand awareness throughout Austin Qualifications Experience managing business social media accounts Strong writing and communication skills Experience with Canva Experience editing reels and short-form video Understanding of email marketing Organized, dependable, and self-directed Ability to take ownership and execute without constant supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing for remodeling, construction, architecture, interior design, real estate, or luxury services Experience with CRM or email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, HighLevel, Constant Contact, or similar Photography and video editing experience Experience creating lead generation campaigns Compensation Part-time Approximately 10 hours per week $25-$30 per hour depending on experience and results Location Austin preferred. Hybrid or remote may be considered.
