The Experiential Marketing Field Support Coordinator supports multi-market experiential marketing operations and assists Experiential Event Coordinators and field teams with daily execution, while maintaining coordination with internal departments and team members. This role supports high-quality execution of experiential marketing programs across assigned markets, helps maintain operational consistency, and supports field teams in delivering strong consumer engagement and brand experiences. The position is primarily field based, requiring frequent travel across assigned markets to support event execution, assist team members and field staff, help review event performance, and support alignment with client expectations, safety standards, and internal executional requirements. This position also requires the continuous use of Repsly, the company's designated activity and location tracking system, throughout all working hours without exception. The employee must remain logged in, maintain accurate reporting, and comply with all usage guidelines as part of daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Experiential Event Coordinators and field teams to help ensure readiness for activations and brand engagements. Provide ongoing support, problem-solving assistance, and in-market coordination to Coordinators and field team members. Maintain regular field presence by attending events, assisting with set-ups and breakdowns, supporting Coordinators and field teams, and helping resolve on-site challenges. Assist with field audits to help confirm proper event set-ups, brand standards, consumer engagement quality, and safety compliance. Support Coordinators and field teams with escalated issues, including venue constraints, inventory shortages, equipment problems, staffing gaps, and related field needs. Support the proper handling, allocation, and tracking of experiential kits, assets, technology, and branded materials. Coordinate with Merchandising Supervisors for cross-department activations, shared logistics, and market support. Ensure Prepare weekly operational reports, including event progress, attendance performance, market coverage, staffing updates, key insights, recommendations, budget tracking, and material usage. Maintain accurate event tracking, field activity reporting, and KPI monitoring through Repsly or the applicable CRM platform. Conduct at least monthly visits to nearby markets and bi-monthly visits to additional markets for coaching, training, and event audits. Provide leadership during peak activation periods, large-scale events, seasonal promotions, and high-priority programs. Reallocate resources across markets to support staffing gaps, special initiatives, or large event demands. Respond quickly to field issues, ensuring timely problem-solving and corrective actions. This role requires regular and sometimes short-notice travel, primarily by car, to attend field activities, events, and meet with clients. At least 70% field-based, including travel across multiple markets. Must have a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance. Travel responsibilities include market audits client meetings, event checks, and domestic and international market visits (as applicable).
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, or related field). Equivalent experience considered. Experiential marketing, events, field operations, or brand activation: 4-5 years
