Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to help grow our brand presence both online and in the community. Position Summary The Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales. This role manages social media content, promotional campaigns, delivery app platforms, community partnerships, and brand-building projects. Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. Take photos and videos of menu items, events, employees, and customers. Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews. Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements. Promotions & Giveaways Plan and execute giveaways, contests, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate special offers and seasonal marketing initiatives. Develop creative ways to increase customer engagement and loyalty. Online Ordering Platforms Manage Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other online ordering platforms. Update menu items, pricing, photos, and promotional offers. Monitor customer reviews and platform performance. Work with operations teams to maximize online sales. Community Partnerships & Events Build relationships with schools, local businesses, sports teams, nonprofits, and community organizations. Develop programs that strengthen community involvement and brand recognition. Brand Development Assist with in-store marketing materials, signage, and promotional displays. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Reporting & Administration Track marketing campaign results and prepare monthly reports. Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines. Manage marketing budgets for assigned projects. Qualifications 1-3 years of marketing, social media, or community outreach experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Canva. Photography and video creation skills are a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry is a plus.
