We're seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support, execute, and manage marketing initiatives across both industries while working closely with leadership to deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on role for a professional who can confidently manage multiple campaigns, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure consistent execution across all locations and brands. As we continue to grow across multiple locations and brands, we're looking for a strong marketing professional who can help coordinate campaigns, manage workflows, and ensure consistent brand execution across all markets. About the Role As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Director of Operations and Executive leadership in executing marketing strategies across multiple brands and locations. This role focuses on campaign coordination, project execution, vendor communication, and performance tracking working with third party agency. You'll play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with company growth objectives. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, print, radio, and local outreach initiatives. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership. Coordinate marketing projects across multiple locations, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and brand standards are met. Manage day-to-day communication with vendors, agencies, and print/media partners. Assist in planning and executing promotions, grand openings, events, and community activations. Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI. Maintain and organize marketing calendars, assets, and brand materials across all locations. Oversee the production and proofreading of marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Support new location launches, including pre-sale marketing, local awareness campaigns, and opening events. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Assist in budget tracking and vendor coordination to ensure cost-effective marketing execution. Provide support for additional marketing and administrative duties as assigned. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced marketing professional who is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of marketing deliverables from planning through completion. You should be confident working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and deadlines matter. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 4-5+ years of marketing experience in campaign coordination, digital marketing, or brand execution roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and multi-channel campaign execution. Experience working with vendors, agencies, or cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
