Position Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with selecting tires and automotive services that meet their needs. This role focuses on driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Recommend tires, services, and products based on customer needs and vehicle type Provide accurate quotes for tires, installations, and repair services Explain product features, pricing, warranties, and promotions Upsell additional services such as alignments, rotations, and maintenance packages Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of tires or automotive services is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
