  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract Position Summary We are seeking a driven, creative, and customer-focused Marketing & Sales Specialist to grow our brand, attract new customers, and increase revenue across both our physical Flower Mound location and our ecommerce channel.
This person will own our marketing presence — from social media and local outreach to online advertising and email campaigns — while also actively engaging walk-in customers and business accounts to drive sales. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Promotion Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Nextdoor) to build local brand awareness. Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotions showcasing our in-store and ecommerce offerings. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital advertising campaigns to drive foot traffic and online orders. Maintain and grow our ecommerce presence, including product listings, descriptions, photography coordination, and online promotions. Design eye-catching in-store signage, flyers, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Monitor marketing analytics, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Sales & Customer Engagement Greet and assist walk-in customers, identify their shipping and packing needs, and recommend the best solutions from our product and service lineup. Proactively pursue local business accounts, corporate clients, and repeat customers through outreach, networking, and relationship building. Develop and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements for high-volume or specialty customers. Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for in-store services, packing supplies, and ecommerce orders. Coordinate promotional events, community partnerships, and local sponsorships to increase visibility. Operations Support Assist with order processing, inventory management, and ecommerce order fulfillment as needed. Gather and respond to customer reviews on Google, Yelp, and social media platforms. Collaborate with the store owner and team on pricing strategies, seasonal promotions, and new service launches. Qualifications & Requirements Required 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, retail, or a related field. Proficiency with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar). Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment. Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar). Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or other paid advertising platforms. Background in shipping, logistics, or pack-and-ship retail. Graphic design skills or experience with print marketing materials. Familiarity with local Flower Mound / DFW business community.
