Our goal is to find an energetic, creative marketing rock star to join the marketing department at a plastic surgery office and thriving medspa with two locations. Responsibilities will include help manage social media platforms, create videos for social media posts, oversee and coordinate events (open houses, quarterly member meetings, etc), track metrics of customers, assist with before and after photos for website/advertising, and facilitate blast emails.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and managing digital campaigns. This individual will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, coordinating with our marketing consultants, developing and executing marketing plans, and creating materials that effectively communicate our brand message. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns. Manage social media accounts and campaigns. Create content for websites, blogs, and other online platforms. Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics. Monitor competitors' activities and strategies.
