Vivid Services is a growing home exterior cleaning company specializing in residential & commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, screen repair, roof washing, and soft washing. We're expanding throughout the DFW area and looking for motivated individuals to help generate leads, build relationships, and grow our residential and commercial customer base.

What You'll Do:

Canvass residential neighborhoods and local commercial areas Speak with homeowners and business owners about our services Generate leads and schedule estimates for the sales team Distribute marketing materials and promote company specials Build relationships within neighborhoods and local businesses Educate customers on all company services including: Window Cleaning Pressure Washing Surface Cleaning Gutter Cleaning Roof Washing Soft Washing Screen Repair Track leads and customer information using company software Represent the company professionally and confidently in the field Work closely with ownership and the sales team to help drive company growth

Pay Structure:

This position is commission-based with strong earning potential for motivated individuals. Commission is paid based on total jobs sold: 18% commission for 1-4 jobs sold 20% commission for 5-8 jobs sold 22% commission for 9+ jobs sold In addition to upfront commissions, representatives will also earn: 10% residual commission on all recurring service plans sold Recurring plans include quarterly and bi-annual maintenance packages, creating long-term earning potential as customers continue service with the company.

Performance bonuses are also available:

10 jobs sold in a month = $250 bonus 15 jobs sold in a month = $500 bonus Strong performers will have opportunities for advancement into future sales and leadership positions as the company continues expanding throughout the DFW area.
