Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Pay is Based on Experience $16+Responsibilities:
Bilingual Spanish / English Business casual Maintain customer base in a manner that keeps it large and customer-centric. Meet or exceed monthly marketing goals. Maintain quality customer service. (This includes meeting or exceeding monthly marketing calls) Coordinate with the office team regarding any issues or problems that occur between customers and representatives. Manage communication with customers through all methods available through our systems (email, text, and phone). This includes responding to customer requests or issues quickly, accurately, and effectively.
