Caterpillar's Remanufacturing Division is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support execution of eCommerce content and social media for Cat Reman and On-Highway Truck Engines. This role will be located in Irving, TX and requires 5 days in the office each week. In this role, you will focus on improving the completeness, accuracy, and effectiveness of product content across our eCommerce platforms . You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day social media execution aligned to established strategy and brand standards. This position plays a critical role in closing content gaps, improving customer experience, and supporting growth objectives by enabling better product discoverability, trust, and conversion in our online sales platform. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a customer-back mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams with open and direct communication. You'll be expected to act with urgency to close content gaps, think differently to improve scalable processes, and accelerate early wins that improve customer experience and support growth objectives. Why This Role Matters This role gives you hands-on ownership of work that directly improves customer experience across eCommerce and social media channels. You will build practical experience in digital marketing, product content, customer-focused communication, and performance tracking within a global brand. You will work across teams, contribute to visible business priorities, and help shape scalable processes that support growth. Key Responsibilities (included but are not limited to) eCommerce Content Ownership Help improve the completeness, accuracy, and quality of Cat Reman product content to create a stronger online customer experience Identify opportunities to strengthen product names, categories, images, and descriptions to improve discoverability and help customers find the right solution faster Support new product introductions by helping build scalable, consistent processes that make content setup more efficient and repeatable Partner across teams to develop content that supports customer experience, improves findability, and helps drive conversion Contribute to clear, customer-focused, SEO-aligned product descriptions that build confidence and support better buying decisions Help identify practical tools and process improvements that create quick wins and support more consistent execution Social Media Execution Create and publish day-to-day social media content for On-Highway Truck Engines that supports brand visibility and key business priorities Develop Cat Reman social media content tailored to industry channels, brand voice, and customer needs Create content within established brand, strategy, and governance guidelines to support consistency and quality Develop and publish content that helps increase engagement and brings business priorities to life Track social media performance and apply insights to improve content effectiveness, engagement, and future execution Marketing Execution & Support Support marketing campaigns and creative development projects that advance business priorities and customer communication goals Communicate clearly and collaborate across teams to keep work aligned to changing priorities and support timely execution What You Will Have Customer Focus (Basic) Understands the importance of customer needs and satisfaction in marketing decisions Supports creation of content that reflects customer value and clarity Collaboration (Basic) Works effectively across teams to deliver aligned marketing execution Demonstrates openness to feedback and cross-functional input Creativity (Basic) Contributes creative ideas for content and campaign execution Applies creative thinking to improve marketing outputs Effective Communication (Basic) Communicates clearly in written and verbal formats Ensures accuracy and clarity in customer-facing content Relationship Management (Basic) Builds productive working relationships with internal partners Supports coordination with stakeholders and vendors Promotion & Marketing Communications (Basic) Understands foundational marketing communication techniques and channels Supports integrated use of digital channels including eCommerce and social media Who This Role Is Great For Someone early in career who wants to grow digital marketing skills through hands-on execution and real business impact. Preferred Skills / Experience 4 year degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar work experience Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, product content management, or SEO fundamentals Experience with social media content creation and performance tracking Strong attention to detail and ability to manage execution-oriented work Interest in learning structured processes, tools, and marketing systems Experience using Adobe Express and Microsoft Office 365 to create deliverables Prior internship experience at Caterpillar or within a similar industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment is a plus What You Will Get!
