About Us The Wallace Theater is a live entertainment venue in Levelland, Texas, hosting concerts, private events, community experiences, theatrical performances, and food & beverage experiences. Our goal is to create a welcoming, high-energy environment where guests can enjoy quality entertainment alongside thoughtful hospitality and service. Our Food & Beverage program currently supports concessions, bar service, catering, private events, and future dining experiences. We are building a team that values hospitality, flexibility, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Position Overview Event & Concessions Staff support guest-facing operations by delivering efficient food and beverage service while maintaining clean, organized, and professional service areas during events. Team members may assist with concessions, catering, event setup, and general venue operations. Key Responsibilities Operate concession stands and POS systems accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages quickly, professionally, and accurately Assist with concessions, catering, buffet setups, and private event operations Assist with preparation and service of sandwiches, salads, desserts, snacks, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house areas Restock products and support overall food and beverage presentation standards Assist with inventory, setup, breakdown, and operational support Support event setup and breakdown including tables, chairs, linens, service stations, and equipment Sweep, mop, sanitize, wash dishes, remove trash, and maintain clean work areas Provide friendly, efficient, and professional hospitality to all guests Qualifications Must possess current TABC Certification and Texas Food Handlers Certification, or be willing to obtain both independently prior to scheduled shifts Previous hospitality, restaurant, concession, catering, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Must undergo a background check Work Environment The Wallace Theater operates as a live entertainment venue with varying event schedules. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required based on event schedules.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
