We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic marketing, strong sales leadership, community engagement, and brand development. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for aesthetics and a proven ability to increase client acquisition and retention.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and execute strategies to increase bookings, memberships, and overall revenue Set and track sales goals, KPIs, and team performance metrics Train and support front desk and clinical staff on sales techniques and client experience Identify opportunities for promotions, packages, and upselling services Marketing Strategy & Execution Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and positioning across all channels Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI Lead content strategy across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok Oversee content creation, posting schedules, and engagement Monitor trends and implement innovative ideas to grow online presence Lead Generation & Conversion Build and optimize systems to generate and convert leads into clients Improve client journey from inquiry to booking and retention Implement referral programs, promotions, and loyalty initiatives Partnerships & Business Development Establish and grow relationships with local businesses and strategic partners Develop B2B collaborations to expand reach and client base Represent the med spa at networking events and community functions Event Planning & Community Engagement Plan, organize, and execute in-spa events (open houses, client appreciation events, launches) Manage event promotions, vendor coordination, and follow-up strategies Leverage events to drive brand awareness, engagement, and salesQualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing (med spa, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry preferred) Strong track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets Experience with social media marketing and digital campaigns Event planning and community engagement experience required Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, strategic thinker with attention to detail Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindsetWhat We're Looking For:
