Position Overview The Marketing & Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all marketing, listing preparation, agent onboarding, client experience systems, and operational functions. This role ensures every listing is market-ready, the brand is consistently represented, systems run smoothly, and leadership stays informed while maintaining a high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all company and personal social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linktree) Manage and grow Jeaneen's personal social media presence Create and schedule consistent, on-brand content Design listing posts (new, under contract, sold) Create engagement posts (birthdays, holidays, anniversaries) Coordinate and deliver birthday cupcakes for team agents as part of culture and appreciation initiatives Assist in staging homes prior to market Design marketing materials (flyers, brochures, property cards) Coordinate signage and riders Maintain and audit lockboxes and inventory Maintain and organize storage unit inventory and contents Manage and restock open house boxes Assist with and organize broker opens Assist with media days including scripting and coaching agents Review and quality-check video content before delivering to agents Onboard new agents including ordering business cards, coordinating headshots, and ordering signage/riders Manage website updates and automated blogs Maintain and clean client database (CRM) Execute email campaigns via Constant Contact Design and coordinate postcard campaigns Assist with event planning and execution Organize closing files and administrative tasks Keep leadership informed of office activity and priorities Maintain company vehicle (oil, tags, upkeep) Manage and pay bills (storage, insurance, key invoices, and other operational expenses) Provide direct support to leadership including occasional errands and task assistance as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Proficiency in CapCut and other video editing tools Strong computer and technical skills Excellent organization and multitasking ability Attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-starter with high ownership and accountability Avalable some evenings and weekends as needed
