Marketing and Outreach Coordinator New Braunfels, TX 78132 From $60,000 a year - Full-time From $60,000 a year - Full-time Build Relationships. Create Connections. Change Lives. Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on networking, community engagement, and creating meaningful connections? Do you enjoy planning events, developing strategic partnerships, and helping families find solutions during important life transitions? We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to join our senior living leadership team. This individual will be responsible for expanding our presence in the local market, developing referral partnerships, generating qualified leads, coordinating community events, and enhancing our brand through social media and outreach initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves being out in the community, meeting new people, and making a direct impact on occupancy growth while improving the lives of seniors and their families. What You'll Do Develop Strategic Referral Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners, including: Hospitals and discharge planners Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities Home health and hospice agencies Physicians and medical practices Social workers and case managers Elder law attorneys Financial planners Veterans organizations Churches and civic groups Local businesses and community organizations You will serve as an ambassador for the community, identifying opportunities to create lasting partnerships that generate referrals and increase awareness of our services. Plan and Execute Engaging Events Coordinate and host events that attract prospective residents, family members, referral partners, and community members, including: Educational seminars Lunch & Learns Health fairs Open houses Caregiver support groups Networking events Community outreach programs Holiday and themed events You'll create memorable experiences that showcase the lifestyle, care, and culture of our community while generating meaningful sales opportunities. Support Occupancy Growth Work closely with the Executive Director and Sales team to: Generate qualified leads Increase tours and inquiries Support move-in goals Develop creative outreach strategies Follow up with event attendees and referral partners Track outreach effectiveness and results Manage Social Media Presence Help tell the story of our community by maintaining active social media channels and creating engaging content that highlights: Resident life and activities Community events Team member recognition Family testimonials Educational resources Community partnerships Capture photos, videos, and success stories that strengthen our online presence and enhance brand awareness. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Outgoing, professional, and relationship-oriented Comfortable networking and speaking in front of groups Passionate about helping seniors and families Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative and proactive in generating new ideas Skilled in social media and community marketing Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability Preferred Qualifications Experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, business development, sales, or community relations Proven success building referral relationships Event planning and coordination experience Social media marketing experience Strong communication and presentation skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the local market Why Join Us?
