What Youll Do Identify and pursue new residential and commercial HVAC opportunities. Develop relationships with homeowners, business owners, landlords, and other qualified prospects. Establish long-term partnerships with repeat clients and referral source. Stay top-of-mind with key decision-makers through consistent follow-up. Represent the company professionally in networking events and local communities. Develop referral programs and partnerships Identify underserved market segments Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions. Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates. Maintain accurate records in CRM. Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity. Report weekly pipeline activity and revenue forecasts. Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, care, and respect.   • 2 years of sales experience.
High integrity and trust-driven mindset. Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient. Demonstrate strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills. A dependable, team player who is willing to learn new tasks.
What You Have To Have:
Valid Texas drivers license with a clean, insurable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds unassisted.
