We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Prosper, Texas. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing day-to-day visual and digital marketing efforts both for our own brand and for our growing roster of clients. Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design & Content Creation:

Develop visually appealing, high-quality graphics and digital assets that align with brand guidelines for both Kinetic Curve and our clients.

Social Media Management:

Create, curate, and schedule engaging text, image, and video content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) designed to boost brand awareness and build localized community engagement.

Email Marketing:

Assist in designing and building captivating email newsletters, automated campaigns, and promotional blasts that drive conversions and foster client loyalty.

Website Content Maintenance:

Update website elements, landing pages, and visual graphics to ensure messaging stays fresh, optimized, and reflective of active campaigns.

Reputation & KLT Support:

Incorporate client success stories, reviews, and community social proof into ongoing marketing collateral to champion our Know, Like, Trust (KLT) framework.

Project & Deadline Management:

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are polished, accurate, and submitted on time within our fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, social media coordination, or a related role (agency experience is a plus, but portfolio quality is key).

Design Savvy:
