This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands beauty industry culture, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can help create an excellent client experience while supporting salon growth and marketing efforts. We are looking for someone proactive, professional, dependable, and confident in both customer service and promoting salon services. ## Work Schedule Fridays & Saturdays required Occasional Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays may be requested based on salon needs, special events, or busy seasons ## Ideal Candidate You are:

  • Confident with marketing and social media support
  • Passionate about beauty, branding, and client satisfaction ## Requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing, salon, spa, retail, or receptionist experience
  • Familiarity with salon workflow and basic hair service terminology
  • Strong verbal, phone, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable selling and explaining salon services and retail products
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with leadership mindset
  • Basic computer and salon software experience preferred
  • Genuine interest in beauty, hair care, marketing, and customer experience ## Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and professional experience
  • Manage incoming calls, texts, DMs, emails, and booking inquiries
  • Help convert inquiries into booked appointments
  • Confirm appointments and support smooth daily scheduling
  • Notify clients of wait times and maintain a comfortable lobby experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, VIP room, towels, capes, and common salon areas
  • Provide basic assistance to stylists during busy periods (setup, cleanup, shampooing, detangling, takedowns, etc.)
  • Assist with salon marketing, promotions, social media posting, and client follow-up
  • Help promote salon services and retail products to clients
  • Use salon software and basic computer tools to complete daily tasks
  • Monitor salon inventory and notify management when supplies need restocking
  • Complete light administrative tasks including sales tracking and weekly reports ## Compensation
  • Starting at $16/hour (Part-Time)
