Job Description

We're looking for a creative, organized, and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job — we're looking for someone excited to build, create, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with leadership supporting multiple brands and locations, helping execute marketing campaigns, create graphics and content, coordinate promotions, and keep projects moving across several businesses. Because many of our locations operate remotely from our marketing office, strong communication skills and relationship-building are a huge part of this role. This position is ideal for someone who is creative but also people-oriented — someone comfortable reaching out, following up, collaborating with teams, and taking initiative to gather the content and information needed to keep marketing efforts moving. What You'll Do Design graphics and marketing materials for digital and print use Create social media content including posts, stories, promotions, and advertisements Coordinate with multiple store locations to collect photos, videos, event information, and promotional content Build strong working relationships with managers and employees across different locations Communicate regularly by phone, text, and email to keep projects organized and on schedule Assist with campaign planning, promotions, events, and branding initiatives Help maintain brand consistency across all businesses and platforms Monitor social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team Support day-to-day marketing operations and creative projects What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field Strong graphic design skills and creative eye Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable communicating frequently by phone and building relationships remotely Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Self-starter who can work independently and follow through Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with Canva Social media content creation experience Photography and video editing skills are a plus Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and digital marketing tools Strong writing and caption creation skills Why Join Us Opportunity to work directly with leadership and gain hands-on experience Fast-paced and creative work environment Real opportunity for professional growth Collaborative culture that values ideas, initiative, and creativity Involvement with multiple brands Ideal Candidate You're someone who: has both creative talent and strong people skills, enjoys designing while also collaborating with others, is comfortable taking initiative and following through, can build relationships easily, and wants to grow into a long-term marketing career with a growing organization.
